Welcome to Team Solid Training, the best and most exhilarating kids boxing and HIIT class in Purley, Croydon.
These classes are a mixture of championship boxing training and interval HIIT training for an hour. These classes are designed for everyone to get fit, lose weight, and build more muscle. The classes are hosted by coach Leon Williams, the former British cruiserweight boxing champion.
We have good kids. Our classes are fun, will get you fit and everyone is friendly. We have a fantastic community of welcoming and friendly people of all genders, races and ages. Our children’s boxing classes continue throughout the holidays.
The Wizfit gym space provides a good studio base to train hard. Not only does our Box N HIIT class get you fit, it gives you confidence to challenge any obstacle you may face.
